There are currently less than 250 Dentrix CIE’s in the United States making this a very sought after certification. Why would a CIE be a better choice to support my dental office over the next guy? First off, a CIE is a person who has been recommended by a Dentrix employee because of the outstanding support he provides to dental practices. Second, a CIE takes part in 3 day seminar put on by a Dentrix Certified Instructor on the installation, maintenance, and support of all Dentrix software, hardware, & 3rd party hardware that is compatible with Dentrix. Last but not least are the resources that Dentrix makes available to a CIE such as beta releases of software, hardware drivers, and a support forum where other CIE’s can share information.
Though having a Dentrix CIE on staff is a definite plus for our clients running Dentrix software, not every dental office uses Dentrix. Computer One understands this and is more than capable of handling what ever practice management software you have chosen to run your dental office.
